基于多元多尺度模糊熵的气液两相流流型辨识
Identification of Gas‑liquid Two‑phase Flow Pattern Based on Multivariate Multi‑scale Fuzzy Entropy
提出了一种基于多元多尺度模糊熵(mvMFE)的气液两相流流动特性分析方法。使用电阻层析成像阵列传感器对垂直上升管道的气液两相流进行流型信息采集,并使用主成分分析法对测量数据进行降维处理。然后使用多元多尺度模糊熵来度量不同流型的多元时间序列的复杂度,并与多元多尺度排列熵(mvMPE)、多元多尺度离散熵(mvMDE)和一元时间序列的多尺度模糊熵(MFE)进行对比,进一步计算mvMFE前10个尺度的平均值和增长速率,结果表明相同流型所对应的mvMFE差异性最大,不同流型的mvMFE区别更显著,且mvMFE能够更好地揭示气液两相流的流动行为。
A method for analyzing the flow characteristics of gas‑liquid two‑phase flow based on multivariate multi‑scale fuzzy entropy(mvMFE) is proposed. The electrical resistance tomography array sensor is used to collect the flow pattern information of the gas‑liquid two‑phase flow in the vertical ascending pipeline, and the dimensionality reduction processing of the measurement data is carried out by principal component analysis. Then, multivariate multi‑scale fuzzy entropy is used to measure the complexity of multivariate time series with different flow patterns, and compared with multivariate multi‑scale permutation entropy (mvMPE), multivariate multi‑scale dispersion entropy (mvMDE) and multi‑scale fuzzy entropy (MFE) of unary time series. Further calculation of the average value and growth rate of the first ten scales of mvMFE show that the mvMFE corresponding to the same flow pattern has the greatest difference, and the mvMFE of different flow patterns is more significant, and mvMFE can better reveal the flow behavior of gas‑liquid two‑phase flow.
