标准铂电阻温度计在介质中的自热效应及测量方法
Self-heating Effect of Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometerin Media and Measurement Method
针对恒温槽等环境下难以实现标准铂电阻温度计准确测量的问题,提出了基于比较法和重复测量的适用于波动介质的标准铂电阻温度计自热效应的测量方法,并比较了不同介质对温度计自热效应的影响。结果表明,基于比较法和50次以上重复测量的方法可以有效减小温度波动对测量自热效应的影响;标准铂电阻温度计在常用介质中自热效应普遍达到了1.0 mK以上,显著影响了标准铂电阻温度计在量值传递中的准确性,因此,标准铂电阻温度计在量值传递中进行自热效应准确测量并进行修正是必要的。
Aiming at the problem of difficulty in accurately measuring the standard platinum resistance thermometers in environments such as constant temperature baths, a method based on comparison and repeated measurement for the self-heating effect of the standard platinum resistance thermometers suitable for fluctuating media is proposed, and the influence of different media on the self-heating effect of the thermometer are compared. The results indicate that methods based on comparison and repeated measurements of more than 50 times can effectively reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on the measurement of self-heating effect. The self-heating effect of the standard platinum resistance thermometers in commonly used media generally reaches 1.0 mK or above, which significantly affects the accuracy of the standard platinum resistance thermometers in value transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately measure and correct the self-heating effect of the standard platinum resistance thermometers in value transfer.
