Abstract:The responsibility characteristics of the SR 5000N measurement system is calibrated based on blackbody radiation source which meets the national high temperature standard. A calculation model of the spectral responsivity calibration is established and the calibration is carried out by using the SR 5000N measurement system at 373~773K. The experiment results show that the measured infrared spectra in the wavelength range of 8 ~14μm at 373~773K have a low relative average deviation,which is less than 1%, compared with the calculation.
