Abstract:In order to meet the calibration requirements of magnetometers ranging from 1mT to 2.5T, a magnetometer calibration device is designed, The constant magnetic field of the device is generated by magnetic field coil and electromagnet. The position adjustment device of the probe is controlled by computer, which can ensure that the Hall plate of the probe is perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field. The whole measurement process is controlled by computer, which is convenient and fast. At the same time, the calibration method of the main technical parameters of magnetometer is expounded. The calibration method in the magnetic field of electromagnet is described in detail, which solves the difficult problem of magnetometer calibration. Finally, through calibrating digital magnetometer, the expanded uncertainty at the measurement point of magnetic field intensity 1T is 0.92mT.
