Abstract:Aiming at the difficult of calibrators of non-electric value for in field calibration, the double stimulating method is presented. The data acquisition system connected to transducers is calibrated by using the electric value calibrator. Through the single value stimulating in field as common inputs, both the transducers and the data acquisition are calibrated by using measurement standard in field, and whether or not the transducers are correct can be judged. When correct, the transducers stable transfer function can be represented by using model movement. The model parameters are gotten from calibration in laboratory. Then the whole measurement system can be calibrated in field by using the double stimulating method. From the 6 years duration calibration results of temperature, both the correctness and feasibility method is proved.
