Abstract:A device using to measure the leakage current of DC high voltage resistor divider is introduced. The device uses ZigBee wireless communication technology, which by way of an independent power supply to avoid the risk of high voltage electric field resulting in damage to the measuring instrument, and solve issues of difficult to measure the leakage current of the voltage divider in the high voltage state. It can overcome the effect of high voltage power supply ripple and drift by using synchronous sampling method, and the uncertainty of measurement is less than 9.8×10-6 V, k=2.
