Abstract:In order to measure the quality of full-size wood composite panels under the condition of vibration, a new dynamic weighing method is proposed based on wavelet denoising and empirical mode decomposition (EMD) .Wavelet denoising is used to preprocess the sampling signal of force sensor and reduce the effects of noise on the EMD. The more reasonable of sifting stopping criteria of intrisical mode function(IMF)and endpoint effect suppression method is put forward to improve the accuracy of dynamic weighing; Using LabVIEW to write dynamic weighing procedures and test, the results show that the proposed method can effectively measure the quality of full-size wood composite panels under the condition of free vibration, and the maximum weighing error is less than 0.4%.
