摘要

介绍了注入电流探头校准夹具的设计方法。根据已有探头尺寸,提出夹具结构设计方案及关键尺寸的确立方法,设计了频段为10 kHz~400 MHz的校准夹具。通过数值仿真分析了探头和夹具的间隙对传输性能的影响,并优化设计了夹具的关键尺寸。实验验证了优化设计方法的可行性。

Abstract

The design method of injection current probe calibration-jig is introduced. The influence of the gap between the probe and the jig on transmission performance is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the key size of the jig is determined by means of parameter optimization. The design method is verified by measurements.
