随着各领域对旋转角振动(角加速度、角速度和角位移)测量需求的增加,研究和建立角加速度国家计量基准,解决各类旋转角振动传感器和测量仪的量值溯源问题迫在眉睫。在分析国内外计量研究机构研究现状的基础上,对稳态正弦角振动激励系统、激光干涉测量系统和角加速度绝对校准方法数据处理技术进行了讨论;并提出了高精度旋转角振动激励系统和正弦相位衍射光栅盘研制中的技术难点。
Abstract
As in all areas of rotational angular vibration (angular acceleration and angular velocity and angular displacement) measurement increase in demand, research and the establishment of the angular acceleration national primary standard device to solve all kinds of rotation angle vibration sensors and measuring instruments quantity traceability problem is imminent. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research present situation, the steady state sine angle vibration excitation system, laser interference measurement system and the data processing technology of angular acceleration absolute calibration method was discussed; And the technical difficulties in development of the high precision rotation angle vibration excitation system and sine-phase diffraction grating disc are proposed.
